LIPODISSOLVE

Mesotherapy is the practice where conventional or homeopathic medications and/or vitamins are microinjected into the skin to deliver healing and corrective treatment to a specific area of the body. A common practice in European nations, the procedure has been practiced by physicians around the world and has changed the lives of thousands of people. It has only recently begun to attract practitioners and patients across North America as a surgical alternative to liposuction.

Lipodissolve is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction, and is a more recent modification of Mesotherapy that specifically targets localized fat and cellulite deposits. The treatment slowly dissolves the fat with injections of a fat-dissolving substance called phosphatidylcholine, a natural substance derived from soybean lecithin. Phosphatidylcholine makes up 40% of our cell membranes and is naturally found throughout our bodies. Treatment involves a series of injections administered in target areas. The body then eliminates the residue after a Lipodissolve session over the following 3 - 4 weeks. On average, 1 - 4 treatments with 14 - 21 day intervals between treatments are required to achieve the desired results for fat reduction.
